Barry is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has extensive experience in the Construction industry with major contractors and latterly as a consultant dealing with contractual issues and disputes arising out of building and engineering contracts.

As commercial Manager with contractors, he was responsible for various projects including offices, research facilities, military training facilities, airports, housing and schools. As a contracts consultant he has had conduct of and prepared numerous referrals to adjudication and has acted as a party representative in arbitration. He has also acted as an expert witness and has given evidence. He has also prepared many claims and defences to claims.

Jonathan is the founder and Managing Director of Manor Consultants. He has extensive experience within the Construction industry providing employers, main Contractors and sub-contractors with commercial and dispute resolution advice and also has significant experience dealing with bespoke construction and engineering contracts.
